Leave it as a concept, we don't want more perps and terrorists to get a hold of weapons that is concealable. Why would the good guys use such a thing like that? And no doubt if it's used for covert operations for CIA or Special Forces those kinds of weapons will somehow be sold to terrorist groups by our own greedy people.

If walking your dog and someone attacks you, and you do use this device yes that is self defense, but you must beable to carry a consiled weapon. Like having a consild weapons permit, or license. Now! If in you own personal home and it was aginst someone, than you would not have to have a consild weapons license. But how ever I do think it should stay a concept.
