How many types of VIP subscriptions do you offer?

Plicks offers variety of products like specific niche bundle, Combo bundles and VIP subscriptions. We are currently offering 3 types of subscriptions.

VIP pass basic valid for 3 months
VIP pass plus valid for 1 year
VIP pass business valid for lifetime

Can I use downloaded designs after expiry of my VIP subscription?

As a VIP member, you will have access to all design bundles at Plicks and you can download all bundles from the VIP portal. You will have access to all downloaded design bundles even after your VIP subscription has expired and you can use all design bundles normally. The only difference is that you will not get updates on new bundles once your VIP subscription has expired.

Do you provide print on demand service for VIP members?

No, we do not offer printing services. We only provide digital files of designs which can be used on any printable product in print on demand business.

As a VIP member, will I have access to all bundles on www.plicks.com?

No matter which VIP subscription you have, all VIP members have access to all bundles, plus you will get updates on new arrivals via email and VIP portal.

Can I edit these designs?

It’s up to your requirement. Our designs can be used as it is and if you want to edit the designs they are easily editable. We provide fonts with bundles as well which can be used to make design more attractive. For tutorials of different design editing software.

I am interested in VIP pass, can I have some discount?

Yes, we already have discounts on VIP membership, plus we offer discounts occasionally. Please visit our website or subscribe to our newsletter for latest updates on special discounts.

What is VIP membership?

VIP subscription is for buyers who want unlimited access to all design bundles on our website. In a VIP membership you will have access to all bundles plus you will get updates on new arrivals, you can also request custom niche, we also have a separate VIP portal for VIP customers. There are three types of VIP memberships: the first is for 3 months, second is for 1 year and third is for lifetime. For pricing and other details on VIP subscription.

I purchased the VIP pass and it is not showing in my account

Actually, you cannot login to our website with the VIP pass. For our VIP customers, we have a different portal. Our system automatically send an instant order confirmation email to the associated email ID which you have used during checkout. You can access all the products and future updates with the instructions described in the confirmation email.

Can I cancel VIP subscription anytime?

You can cancel your VIP Pass subscription at any time. If you would like to cancel your subscription please follow the steps below.

Access or Login to your VIP download portal
Enter the subscription management page by clicking on link at the top of VIP portal. See image below for reference.

Click ‘Cancel subscription’.

Your subscription will now be cancelled and will not be renewed.

You will have access to VIP portal till the last day of your payment cycle. If you cancel a subscription that you started at a promotional price you will not be able to re-subscribe at the discounted price.

What will happen after I cancel?

You can renew between cancellation day and the date of your subscription renewal.
Your current subscription will still be valid.
You can continue downloading new files and updates

After the date your subscription would have renewed:

You lost your access to VIP Portal
Your payment method will no longer be charged unless you choose to re-subscribe.
You will not be able to download any new item
If you resubscribe, you will be charged a new subscription price (whatever the latest is at the time).
You can keep using & selling the designs that you downloaded while you had an active subscription.

I have purchased the VIP package for 3 months and I wanted to know how the license works?

Are these designs exclusive for me only?

These designs are available for all but our designs are editable to favour other niches. We update them periodically and also add or remove some of them. Truth is, the design isn’t as important as the target audience. Think how many times Nike has sold the same white t-shirt with a black checkmark? Or how many of the same products Walmart sells as Target, Kroger…etc.

Custom Niche Request

How many custom niches can I avail as a VIP member?

Custom niche means you can ask us to design the specific custom niche bundle of your own choice. The number of custom niches depend on your VIP plan.

For VIP pass basic you can have 3 custom niches requests
For VIP pass plus you can have 12 custom niches requests
For VIP pass business you can have 36 custom niche requests

How long does it take to complete a custom niche request/bundle?

We will upload a custom niche bundle within 30 days. It may take less than 30 days to fulfill a custom niche request. Every custom niche bundles consist of 50 designs. For any further queries please write us an email.

How many designs are there in custom niche bundles?

Custom niche requests are only for our VIP members. Every custom niche bundle consists of 50 designs. For example, if you request a custom niche bundle for bikers, it will consist of 50 designs related to bikes.

How can I request custom niche?

As a VIP member, you can request a custom niche requests once a month. You can request a custom niche by sending us an email and ask for Custom niche request is fulfilled within 15 to 20 days.

What is a custom niche?

Custom niche request is a bundle of designs specially designed on your demand, you can avail custom niche once in a month and it is only for VIP members. For example if you have a VIP basic subscription for 3 months, you can request 3 bundles of your choice. To request custom niche please contact us

Is the requested custom niche exclusively designed for me?

All our VIP members will have access to the bundle. As the designed bundle is editable you can make changes as per your requirements to stand out from the crowd.

VIP Portal

What is VIP portal?

For all our VIP members we have a separate portal where members can access all the bundles on our website. Members can download design bundle and can manage their VIP subscription. Once you order VIP subscription, an email will be sent to registered email address with details of portal.

How can I access VIP portal?

Once order is processed we will share the VIP portal via registered email. You can use VIP portal to access all the bundles. You can also cancel your membership anytime from VIP portal. If you face any problem please contact us.
